Home Composting at St Mark’s

Wednesday 21st October | 1pm–3pm

How much of what we normally throw away could actually be helping our gardens grow?

Join us for an introduction to home composting, where we’ll explore how everyday food and garden waste can be transformed into useful, nutrient-rich compost. We’ll look at what you can and can’t compost, how to get started at home and some of the common problems people encounter.

We’ll also be putting what we learn into practice at St Mark’s, helping us develop more sustainable ways of growing and reducing waste at the venue.

This is a relaxed and practical session suitable for complete beginners.
