About The Event
Make Your Own Bird Feed
Tuesday 20th October | 3pm–5pm
Join us at St Mark’s Church for a practical afternoon learning how to make your own bird feed, including homemade fat balls and other simple treats for the birds visiting our gardens and outdoor spaces.
You’ll discover easy and affordable ways to support local birdlife, particularly as we head into the colder months when natural food sources can become harder to find. You’ll make your own bird feed during the session and pick up ideas that you can easily recreate at home.
Eligibility: Open to adults, children and families, particularly people without access to their own garden and those experiencing loneliness or poor mental health.
Venue: St Mark’s Church, Wentworth Terrace, Millfield, Sunderland, SR4 7AD.
